  • Before returning any goods to La Didor, please email us and indicate if you would like to exchange or receive a refund.
  • Simply complete our quick and easy returns forms included with your package and don’t forget to include reason for returning the item. Wrap up your item in the original packaging and post to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item,
  • All Items should be return without any delay and not later than 14 days from the day you requested for returns.
  • All refund will be issued on the method the payment was made.
  • To return or exchange an item, we need to receive the items back to La Didor in their original condition, so please ensure all items are packaged securely.

Not a problem at all. Simply enclose a note with the return with the following information.

  • Your order number
  • Your address or name (or the person who purchased the item)
  • Your email address
  • Reasons for return
  • Details or refund or replacement required for each item.

When your item is sent or posted, you will receive an email or text message with your order tracking number to help you keep track of your order.

Hermes and Royal mail are our delivery partners.

We offer free shipping with every order over £50 to all the UK addresses including Norther Ireland. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours or usually same day if we receive order before 14:00 pm.

Orders during holiday seasons may take slightly longer.

All orders below £50, delivery starts from just 2.99 (signature required).

Delivery to European addresses and rest of the world addresses will vary depending on your choosing country.

Hermes courier will make three attempts to deliver your item. If the customer is not at home, the courier will attempt to leave with a neighbour to obtain a signature.

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.

We accept Visa, visa debit, visa electronic, master card, master card debit and Maestro.

We do not accept American Express.

Payments will be taken at the time the order is placed.

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your item. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days to show in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

Please note, delivery charges are none refundable.

Security is the top priority at La Didor Lingerie. In order to keep all your information safe and secure, we use a recognised payment gatewayfrom Barclays bank. We promise to keep your name, address and any other information provided to us secure. We will not use any of your information for marketing and advertising purposes.

We do not store y our card details, they are sent directly to the bank for clearance.

Our Mainland delivery service includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Wight and the highlands of Scotland.
