La Didor provides a returns service as we know that sometimes the colour and shape is not always right. We are happy to exchange or refund purchased items within 30 days of receiving the items if they are returned with their original receipt, are unworn and in the condition they were purchased including all packaging.
Please note, due to hygiene reasons all underwear such as briefs, knickers and Hosiery cannot be return if hygiene seal is broken unless if there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are welcome to contact us for a refund. We hope you will understand.
You can return swimwear, so long as any hygiene seals are still intact.
Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage’.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive and process returned items.
We do not refund any shipping costs applied to your original order if you decide to return or exchange your item.
Hermes and Royal mail are our UK delivery partners. If the customer is not at home, Hermes will make three attempts and then will attempt to leave with a neighbour to obtain a signature or royal mail will leave a card.
Please ensure you select your shipping country, this will ensure you pay for your order in the correct currency. You will receive an email to confirm purchase and also track your item.
Unfortunately,we cannot currently offer an exchange service on international orders. If you would like different size or colour, please return your unwanted items and place a new order.
Please ensure we receive your delivery items no later than 14 days after informing us you wish to cancel your order.
We currently use DHL and Fed Ex for all international postage.
All returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
