Glamour lace dressing gown

After wearing my exchange for a few weeks, I’m happy with the overall quality—it’s sturdy, comfortable, and has held up well so far. The exchange process was fast, but the lack of communication from customer service was frustrating. Emails went unanswered, and there was no follow-up to confirm when my exchange was shipped. Despite the communication hiccups, I’m pleased with the product overall.
